Aurum Principal Financial Trust is a SEBI-registered Category II AIF targeting superior risk-adjusted returns through mixed-use real estate investments. Our strategy emphasizes on leveraging proven expertise from developing and delivering successful mixed-use developments with investments in instruments backed by these (but not limited to) projects for stable yields alongside capital appreciation in high-demand urban markets.

Mr. Shrinivas Deshpande brings over 18 years of comprehensive structural experience in real estate and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies (Finance) from Mumbai University and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from NMU. Starting as a field engineer, he natively developed a core multi-discipline expertise in deep asset valuation and corporate project finance. Since joining Aurum in 2011, he successfully structured and closed commercial operations with a leading Singapore-based institution for key real estate assets, and has routinely secured vital project financing for 30-acre residential townscape projects from state-owned NBFC pipelines.
