Meet the Founder

Ashish Deora

Ashish Deora is the founder of Aurum Ventures, a platform he built from the ground up in 1996 into one of India’s most integrated real estate businesses. A serial entrepreneur with a 30-year track record spanning real estate, energy, aviation, and technology, Ashish cofounded ReNew Power, India’s largest renewable energy IPP and was an early investor in SpiceJet. At Aurum, he has led landmark transactions including the CapitaLand deal, the acquisition of a 14% stake in Shriram Properties, and the strategic transformation ofAurum PropTech into India’s largest integrated PropTech platform. His conviction: build with integrity, invest with discipline, operate with purpose.
